Do you handle several sites under one management?
Yes. Each site has its own space, with its students, groups, sessions and payments. A site’s team only sees its own site; management gets the consolidated view. The separation is enforced by server permissions.

Do you respond to framework agreements and tenders?

What guarantees do you give on data?
Data is hosted in France and Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily. A data protection officer is registered with the French authority. Your data stays yours: export and deletion at any time, including at the end of the contract.
Is there a headcount limit?
No. The online calculator works out the price up to 2,000 students; above that we prepare a proposal rather than an automatic price. The product itself does not change: same features, same spaces, whatever the headcount.
Does the price change for a large organisation?
The price stays per student per year, identical at equal size. The Complete plan fits any headcount; the Tailored plan, available from 300 students and usually chosen above 500, adds five custom developments and dedicated support. Above 2,000 students, we prepare a suitable proposal.
