Billing is based on your number of students, according to the plan and payment mode you choose — and the commitment on Tailored —, with a minimum of $240 excl. tax per year. The per-student price never goes below $2 per year on Complete nor below $3 on Tailored. It is a single amount per student, with no per-user subscription and no usage-based message billing.
No. Nezam replaces the paper communication book: messages, absences, grades and reports reach families directly in the app. There are no notebooks to print or buy.
On Complete, no: the rate is the same for everyone and you are free to stop at any time. Commitment applies to Tailored only, where it lowers the rate (-10% over 2 years, -20% over 3 years) and becomes required if that plan is paid monthly. Either way, you test the platform for one month before any charge, and we remain GDPR-compliant.
