Do the modules work together?

Is there a mobile app for parents?
Yes. Parents and students have a bilingual English / Arabic mobile app to view attendance, grades, report cards and homework in real time, and to exchange messages with the team. It is one of Nezam’s three surfaces, alongside the team’s web workspace and the public enrolment flow.
Can I import my data without creating duplicates?
Yes. Nezam’s CSV imports follow a find-or-create logic: before creating a learner, a group or a subject, the system checks whether it already exists and reuses it. Migrating your existing data is therefore done without duplicating records.
How much do these features cost?
All features are included in a single price per student per year: $3 at the standard rate, $2.5 at the reduced rate depending on your size, and $2 from 1,000 students. There is no per-module billing: training, support, setup, maintenance and unlimited messages are included.
