Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

Payment methods

Depending on your country, Paddle supports the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Mada.
• PayPal.
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay (Safari) and Google Pay (Chrome).
• iDEAL (Netherlands) and Alipay (China), where available.
• Wire transfers (ACH / SEPA / BACS) for transactions over $100.

Applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on the buyer's location at the time of purchase; prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted in Europe. It benefits from encryption in transit and at rest, automatic backups and two-factor authentication (2FA). Nezam is designed with data protection in mind and data is never resold. The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.

Nezam® is a registered trademark. All elements of the website and software — the brand, logo, visual identity, texts, illustrations, interface, structure and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher or its rights holders.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
