How the modules chain together
A piece of data entered once travels from one module to the next.
- Enrolment creates everything — The public flow creates the learner, their profile and their legal guardian, calculates the price and lets you collect it, then places the learner in their group.
- The group feeds the sessions — Each group carries its time slots: sessions are generated on the schedule, with holidays and days off taken into account.
- The session carries roll call and homework — The instructor takes the roll, assigns reasons and behaviours, enters the next session’s homework, then submits the roll call.
- Grades and report cards build up — Grades by sub-skill roll up into averages and comments, all the way to the PDF report cards generated automatically.
- Everything flows back to families and management — Attendance, grades, homework and payments feed the parent app and the dashboard in real time. One single record, everywhere.

Is there a mobile app for parents?
Yes. Parents and students have a bilingual English / Arabic mobile app to view attendance, grades, report cards and homework in real time, and to exchange messages with the team. It is one of Nezam’s three surfaces, alongside the team’s web workspace and the public enrolment flow.
Can I import my data without creating duplicates?
Yes. Nezam’s CSV imports follow a find-or-create logic: before creating a learner, a group or a subject, the system checks whether it already exists and reuses it. Migrating your existing data is therefore done without duplicating records.
