How long does the demo last?
The demo lasts about 20 minutes, by video call. That's enough to walk through the team workspace and the parent app on your real cases, and to answer your questions about pricing, migration and GDPR compliance.
Is the demo free and without commitment?
Yes. The demo is entirely free, with no card and no commitment. You leave with a clear view of the product and a transparent rate per learner per year, with no obligation whatsoever.
Who should attend the demo?
Management and, if possible, an instructor. Management approves enrolment, payments and configuration; the instructor sees the day-to-day (attendance, grades, homework). With two of you, you cover the two key uses of the platform.
Do I need to prepare anything before the demo?
Nothing mandatory. If you have your offer (levels, subjects, rates) or a learner file at hand, we can use it to make the demo concrete. Otherwise, we work on examples.
Can we bring over our existing data?
Yes. Nezam imports your learners from a CSV file with duplicate-checking, and onboarding (setup, training, guidance) is included at no extra cost. We discuss it during the demo to estimate the migration.
