What features does Nezam cover?
Nezam covers group and session management, attendance and roll call, homework, grades and report cards, learner profiles, online enrolment sessions, payments, files, messaging with families and a management dashboard. It is a scope focused on educational management, with no canteen, payroll or general accounting modules.
Why a focused scope rather than an all-in-one ERP?
Focused software is better at every function a teaching organisation actually needs: structured roll call, grades by sub-skill, enrolment that invoices itself, a parent app. Catch-all school ERPs dilute both the message and the quality across modules that community schools and institutes don’t need.
Do the modules work together?
Yes. All modules share the same database: enrolment creates the learner and places them in a group, the group feeds the sessions, the session carries roll call and homework, and roll call and grades flow back into the parent app and the dashboard. One single record, everywhere, in real time.
Is there a mobile app for parents?
Yes. Parents and students have a bilingual English / Arabic mobile app to view attendance, grades, report cards and homework in real time, and to exchange messages with the team. It is one of Nezam’s three surfaces, alongside the team’s web workspace and the public enrolment flow.
Can I import my data without creating duplicates?
Yes. Nezam’s CSV imports follow a find-or-create logic: before creating a learner, a group or a subject, the system checks whether it already exists and reuses it. Migrating your existing data is therefore done without duplicating records.
How much do these features cost?
All features are included in both plans, billed per student per year: Complete from €2.40 per student per year, and Tailored from €4.05, from 300 students — payable monthly or yearly. There is no per-module billing: training, support, setup, maintenance and unlimited messages are included.
